Eligibility Requirements
Age: 12-17
12 year olds must turn 13 by the date of the State Pageant in May
17 year olds must be only a Junior in high school. If you are a 17 year old Senior, you may qualify for the Miss Philadelphia Pageant.
Residency:
This pageant is open to all Pennsylvania residents.

Interview - 35% of total score
During your interview, a panel of qualified judges will ask you questions to get to know you. Each contestant will need to select a Platform issue, which is an issue of concern that you would like to address during your year as a titleholder. This is your chance to share your thoughts, opinions, and experiences and show the judges why you should represent the Philadelphia Area as our Outstanding Teen!
This part of the pageant is not onstage and will not be open to the public.
Talent - 35 % of total score
This is your chance to shine onstage! Each contestant will have 2 minutes to wow the judges and the audience with her performance.
Evening Wear / On Stage Question - 20 % of total score
Each contestant will be asked to answer one question onstage and she will model the Evening Wear or gown of her choice.
Fitness - 10% of total score
Contestants will wear fitness attire and perform a short routine that will be taught at rehearsal. No swimsuits!
